    Is a 5" suppressor perfect for the 22CM?

    The smaller the can, the .ore important bore size becomes. In something like a nomad l / Magnus / Hyperion it doesn't matter at all, but for k can its a big difference. Someone mentioned the sandman k is loud, but yeah duh that's like a 35 bore k can plus it's like 5 in he's with the big stupid...

    I cycled dummies through a Montana and it did better than a BR by far but wasn't 100% and required pushing them forward. Id go creedmoor if you don't have aics or single stack mags.

    @Ryan Avery would I be dumb for doing a +p 223AI? Seems like it would give another 250 fps or so over a 223 with cheapo range pickup brass. Think 26" velocity out of a 16" 223. Yes, I'm aware Arc, BR, GT, and Creed exist - I just like 223s 😊

    Just buy a barrel vice and a $50 classifieds barrel. They're super easy to swap. The old '06 barrel may come in handy in a TEOTEAWKI situation anyhow.

    Yeah I'm running it too on a large frame. I will say you need a 45° mount, 35 isn't enough to clear windage. Beats the heck out of any 6x lpvo if 6x gets more use that 1x. Relatively cheap too.

    Ice/snow comparison between rifles

    I would've loved to see an AT in the test. This seems like it's forte. I've long lusted after a green AT with thumbhole skins, but it's hard to pony up 3 months mortgage when my Tac A1 / bravo rig does the same thing at 30% less weight.
