    My opinion is the first question pertains to prosecution of straw purchase cases. Failure to answer would only guarantee a denial from the FBI check and not a prosecution IMO. Second question is odd and I have no idea unless it's a stats question.

    Non resident odds are super slim just FYI. I've applied as well as my wife since day one for all available hunts. Never drawn and never expect too honestly. But I'd be crazy not to considering I'm just over the border in VA. congrats to all the lucky wimmers!!
