Using my XLR Tikka LA for my 6.5CM

You will need to swap over the bolt stop and get a 3.560" 3006 magazine. Running 6.5 in that mag might require some tuning but guys one here have had good luck! Let us know if you have any questions.

100% Carbon fiber stocks: very lightweight and rigid but are they durable?

I cant speak for stocks but our Smoke carbon buttstock comes in at 11 oz (with the cheek rest) and 5 oz without the cheek rest. I haven't had a single one returned due to damage or breaking. I have seen a couple of recoil pad screws strip out when guys are installing LOP adapters but nothing...

    Chassis Buttstock Alternatives

Something to confirm when you are looking for a buttstock we don't sell is the actual length of the buttstock. This will allow you to confirm the LOP is correct for you. Our two carbon buttstock lengths (actual lengths) are listed below for reference. Carbon 12.5" Actual length-...

Tikka / XLR 7mm PRC Magazine question

The chassis pages are down right now because of our web host running some updates that basically made our custom coding not work. We are currently working on getting the website back up and running! The longer Tikka magazine would be awesome! At this time its not something we are working on...

    Bergara MgMicro Lite- Thoughts?

On the chassis side, customers who prefer the ATOM are guys who are shooting mainly off tripods and they don't need the longer forend. The shorter barrel of the Micro lite will make the rifle nice and compact for your backpack hunts too! We have a ton of customers running the ATOM on anything...

XLR magnesium Chassis vs. Stockys M50

If you leave your scope attached you will see a minimal POI shift when taking barreled actions in and out. If you are swapping the scope from one barreled action to another then it all depends on how straight the barrel is on the action. On my chassis I am very meticulous about making sure there...

XLR magnesium Chassis vs. Stockys M50

All you will have to do is remove the two action screws and put the other barreled action in. Should be a 1-2 minute swap. If you keep scopes on both barreled actions then sighting the rifle back in will be minimal if any. You will have to get different magazines for each of them too.

    What’s the lightest action?

[email protected] I believe email is the best. Barry (owner) buys chassis from us and has been involved in the shooting community for a long time. Great guy. Most of his suppressors have always been purchased just by word of mouth at matches or trade events. I am not sure if he has ever...

    300 WM Magazine help

Few things to add to this to help clarify. 1. There are different lengths of AICS magazines for long actions. 3.56 - 3.715 - 3.775 - 3.850 You always need to make sure you order the correct magazine length for your magwel dimension. CIP is a common name for the 3.850 length and only that...
