    Need Some Sleep System Guidance

I agree with others, upgrade the r-value on the pad and wear your insulated layers to bed, if it gets too cold for the sleeping bag.

Archery and Hunting have no place in the schools

I can't say that it surprises me, but I'm starting to lose hope that this train wreck will ever get fixed at the ballot box. People are too stupid to think for themselves and actually believe what they hear from the media, and more surprisingly, from politicians.

    Stuff Sack or something else

I line my pack with a contractor plastic bag and jam my sleeping bag in the bottom of it, then put everything else on top. bag keeps it dry and protects it from blood or any wet items in the pack.

    Best budget 0-15 degree bag

It all depends on what you want the bag for, if truck camping go Wiggy's, if backpacking and on a budget the best bang for your buck is a down quilt, but you really need to figure out draft elimination if you go the quilt route and it takes some fiddling and practice and a wider quilt.

I need a bigger sleeping bag.

If for truck camping, I'd go Wiggy's rectangular, if for backpacking/backcountry I'd go WM Sequoia or Zenbivy.

    Need sleep system education

I slept warm in my Wiggy's zero degree bag at 4 degrees in the open air in the back of my truck, so I'd say they are pretty close if not dead on. Here's a pretty good example of how the Wiggy's handles moisture:

Check out the Zenbivy, it's great.

As far as pads go, look into a long wide Thermarest Xtherm or an Exped Downmat.
