    actually yes they do, they run them down into a cattle chute and hold them from with a hydraulic gate, they tape them and cut off the antlers.

    If you want to shoot with it on just put a offset stab bracket on and it will even it out, play with the bracket till it sets perfect in your hand.

    I am 6' and i went with the long, i dont like my feet touching the end of the bag. And like said, you can put clothes or water bottle down there if you have extra room.

    Trail runners for backpacking???

    My feet feel better in hiking boots over anything else, even running around town i prefer hikers over tennis shoes, no way would my feet feel good after a day of backpacking with a lightweight shoe.
