Same here. Best headlamp on the market in my opinion; I can't believe how much runtime and brightness they can stuff into such a tough, compact package — plus the interface is perfect.
The HM65R is brighter, simpler, lighter and lasts longer than my Petzl Nao+, doesn't have an annoying separate...
Yeah, that’s another reason I’ve never really considered them. If a company is going to call itself German Precision Optics and contract out the manufacturing to everywhere except Germany, then something seems a bit off. :unsure:

Alpha? No, but I will say that they're pretty hard to beat when it comes to value for money on the lower-range stuff. While I don't fully trust their scopes, Diamondback HD binoculars are insanely good bang for buck, and for what I paid for my Viper HD spotter, I really can't complain.
