Lane Precision builds some really nice rifles, not cheap but certainly excellent builds. He is out of Pocatello so not sure if its close enough for you?
Pretty crazy stuff. I don't have kids so this is all new as far as baby formula but figured piece of cake to find it around me. I just did a search of the local Wallymarts, Fred Meyer, Safeway and all are out of this stuff??? I'll keep a lookout though should I see any. Good thread - nice to...
Can't speak to all the different CF wrapped barrels but have 2 build using Bartlein CF #4 contour barrels. These are my 1st CF barrels and so far both are extremely accurate builds. I know my smith that built both was impressed with the bore on both - he mentioned they where both about as...

I have one full custom that I waited 2 1/2 years for and I would do it again if the end result was as good as the first one. It wasn't fun to wait that long but so it goes. Its the rifle in moniker picture. Recently have had 2 full customs built where I first collected all the parts and then...

A lot depends on how tall you are and how you are built. For most the standard 13.5 LOP works just fine but of you are a taller than average person you could need longer - or if shorter person a shorter LOP.
At the price point you have those other actions you might want to add the Defiance Rebel which can be ordered with an integral recoil lug. It can be optioned out multiple different ways and is reasonably lightweight for a all stainless action. And is great for a pure hunting build IMHO.
