    I pass through that area often. Before, it was a beetle kill hell hole. Now its a mix of beetle kill, match stick dead fall, and moon surface scorch. Think each step is 2 inches of burned soot.

    Just got the cross and so far I’ve really liked it. Ragged holes at 100 yards and if you have multiple shooters the adjustablilty is top notch.

    This was exactly what I had been "thinking/concluding" but wanted those who have more experience to chime in. If you were forced to choose between a "match" bullet and an ELDx or similar projectile, knowing you are going to be dealing with lower velocities, which way would you go?

    Family Trip to Montana during Bear Season

    We home school so wanted to take an adventure before everyone and their kids was outside. I brought up bear hunting and family camping and the wife bit off on it. I’ve done a few elk hunts this way and while I’ve felt rushed, she’s not been too annoyed for me to try it again lol.
