    Out of curiosity, do we know if applicants are paying for their tags as well? It feels like applications were due years ago. I am sure at lot of people who applied in March and April may be out of work or have lost wages since then. What seemed like a good plan earlier, may be unaffordable now.

    The mix is what makes the show great. There are enough whitetail deer hunting episodes out there on other shows. You may only be able to big game hunt a few times a year but there is plenty of fishing and small game hunting to fill up the rest of the year.

    What is your new year hunting goal?

    Spring Turkey and an elk in the fall. I am 1 for 6 on elk and I want to turn that around. I have deer and antelope figured out so the focus will be on elk scouting this year. Also, a public land pheasant here in Colorado.
