Somebody will figure out a way to secure this bag to the duplex frame. From what I understand the only part of the suspension that cant be removed is the torso pads. If that proves to be true it should be doable.
I have 1 mini and 1 small Kifaru belt pockets in Highlander that I would like to trade for same or 2 smalls in Mandrake(gonna order a Tarryall in Mandrake)

I dont think you will like the way the Xing carries with an E&E strapped to the panel. Thats quite a lot hanging that far off of the back. If you need more space Id suggest waiting for the Tarryall and adding side pockets to it.

The frame is the "Duplex" component that can use whichever stays you want.
Aluminum stay= Heaviest option & curved to fit flat or normal back.
Composite(carbon and wood laminate)= Light & curved to fit flat or normal back.
Carbon arrow shaft = Ultra light & makes the duplex frame very flat...
