The entire thing and often I add a pack of top ramen to it to get more calories.......I tend to eat light during the day and go big at dinner while in the backcountry.
I moved from Tennesse to SLC Utah and now in CA. Utah is great and if you love the outdoors, it's a great place to live. Bonneville Shoreline trail, Moab, Fruita, the Wasatch Range, & Provo River for fly fishing are all within a short trip. I'd move back....and I'm far from being LDS.
Yep, had a picture of me and a hog I killed at the end of a show once. They snagged it from the Internet and posted it up like I was part or had done thing to do with the show, which I didn't.
You should also mention that you will benefit from them signing up under your name. Not all retailers promote and support this site....but lucky for us, ours do.
What Jason is saying is that there are no short cuts, improvements are made through hard work and proper training. I'm training for a 50K and speed, tempo, and long runs are key, plus it'll all help me this fall in the mountains.
