    Elk. The muley will stop and look back. The elk will run over every tree until he’s gone forever

    Shot a muley last year at 400 with only the neck visible. I had a custom gun with custom reloads, a solid prone rest, and confidence with the gun and how much energy the 180 Berger transfers. Otherwise I wouldn’t have attempted the shot

    Steep country. Seen some good bucks back in there though. Although I stopped seeing bucks when I started seeing goats. 6000’ - 7000’ seemed to be the ticket
