I have had L5/S1 discectomy - I'm sure you're right about the circulation/nerve damage. I'll play around with the torso height/belt tightness a little. Thanks

6) If you get lucky and get an animal, a few nights or a 30 rack and a few buddies in an afternoon is a lot cheaper than paying a butcher. I just got my elk done for about $50.
You don't know how much beer my friends can drink! But it's still more fun to process meat at home!

Anyone else have any issues with the sides of your legs going numb while wearing a pack? Any tips on best ways to alleviate the issue? I have a Exo K2, mostly happens on training rucks with 50+ lbs...so far haven't found a great solution

Is this the standalone day back? (ie no frame or suspension)
Website says it is only one belt size, only difference between small and large is the torso height on the bag. Did you mean this for a small torso?... Or am I confused as usual

Would you be interested in a new Stone Glacier SkyAir ULT?. Have vestibule and floor for it as well. Set it up in the yard but haven't had it out in the field yet.

It's not a perfect fit on the K2 crib load panel but you can rig it up fairly easily. It does slide into the water bladder pouch of the K2 bag no problem.
I use it more as an everyday bag with my bladder and kids items in it. Has a few pockets and holds more than i thought it would

I think we are both okay with that strategy...
After talking a little more today and passing on some of the advice from this forumn, we are leaning more towards being on the same page
