Is there a sliding sleeve around the primer ram? If that is too long it may bottom before the priming ram fully pushes the primer into pocket. Would feel like it's seated.
Is he using the 75-105° clocking on the nock holder but he wants 90°? If the clamp adjusters are on the center marks I don't see how the left Helical clamp could produce a right helical vane attachment. Unless the mod he has installed pushes the front of arrow way left...
No backups, but I have 4 bows ready to go right now. My backup is whatever one I leave in the truck when I go out to hunt with the other one. Always bring 2 bows with me hunting.
I was just having issues with tuning my pse vendetta, to get a decent shot through paper the rest was1/4" left of centershot. Tried all kinds of adjustments. Oddly it was shooting pretty good then I wanted to take the clamp for the rest off the cable and insert the rest cord through the cable...
I had a Leupold 1000tbr bought from Cabelas bargain cave, after a couple years or just less than, the readout was a double image. Sent in under warranty and they replaced it. Last year that one started loosing LED segments in the readout but still usable. This year so many were gone that I sent...
I've been struggling to get my PSE Vendetta tuned to new arrows. Thought it was right and a couple small changes and it's wacked now and I can't get it back. Considering taking to a shop....just wish there was one closer and didn't have to go anywhere near Seattle.
I'm still shooting arrows from 2014, but just culled a couple out, one for a split at nock end after another arrow struck it and the other had a flat area at the Fletch end that I felt when changing the vanes. Had to check back in my email to see when I bought them.
Sent from my Pixel 2 using...
Anyone have these cameras? Bought a set off Camofire last year and was just looking on the Stealth cam website for a manual and they don't list them, only qs12 and qs16.
Since it's your own property why not just build a dirt or sand berm8 foot wide and about 2 feet taller than the target you are shooting at, right at the edge of the woods.
NOT FOR BROADHEADS THOUGH! I've done that, ugh! 50# plastic dog food(or horse feed) bags work well, takes awhile to fill them. I have several around and they stop arrows with target tips right now. And they are about the size of a deer vital area. Homemade silhouette targets with sticks for legs...
On the phone I use Avenza pdf maps and download NF topo maps to the phone. True no sat imagery that way but I want to know elevations and terrain and where to get to a road, driveable or not. Put phone in airplane mode, battery lasts a good time longer. I have OnX as well. I usually have a...
I consider my broadheads like I do bullets, one time use on game. If I ever recover one after shooting something (haven't yet) I toss it. I do target shoot with them but not a lot and I'll replace blades or sharpen before hunting.
