    Trijicon accupoint 1-6 x 24

I put this scope (with the green triangle reticle) on my AR. Every time I look through it I ask myself why I don't put one on every rifle I own.

WTS Benchmark Barrels 6mm SS 8T #4 Blank

Yes. I'm pretty sure that's what the 6GR on the sticker means. ETA: Couple more pics. Not the most accurate measurement but I get right at .740" at 18". Maybe that headstamp can answer some of the other questions. Also, I can likely get it shipped tomorrow. After that it will be Monday. TIA.

WTS Benchmark Barrels 6mm SS 8T #4 Blank

I'm not sure. I purchased this barrel from Stocky's. Do you know if there is a marking on the barrel to indicate?

WTS Benchmark Barrels 6mm SS 8T #4 Blank

This build is still a ways off for me and I'd rather fund a new bow right now. $350 shipped PayPal (f&f or pay fees), Venmo okay too. Only taken out of the shipping box for this picture.

    Youth Compound Bow

+1 Hoyt Kobalt was the nicest I could find. I bought one for my kids about a month ago.

    2025 Mathew’s Bows

I've been shooting Bowtech for 13 years now. I'll wait for their 2025 release. But I definitely want to shoot the new Lift X and the new PSE carbon.

    Dress Chukka suggestion?

I like the Redwing Weekender Chukka for exactly what you describe. Mine are going on 6 years now.

    Arrow speed

I've always shot the heaviest arrow I can get to 280 fps. For me, this is 440-450 gr. That's my all-around arrow. For midwest whitetail specific, I may shed some weight and go faster next year with the new Easton 5.0. Im thinking maybe 415 gr around 290 fps. For these Kansas whitetails, a...

    Revic BLR10b Rangefinding Binoculars

I typically push my binos to the narrowest setting. Leica Geovid Pro works for me. Leica publishes 56 mm (same as my Swaro SLCs and ELs). I haven't tried the Revics and can't find IPD data.

    Where to move?

It's tough out there. I don't have any good advice, but it made me reflect... I was so lucky, when my wife got pregnant she found her first teaching job and they just happened to offer onsite inexpensive daycare. My first born just turned 12. What a blessing in hindsight. 12 years of salary for...

    2025 Hoyt’s

For Hoyt, I believe Ultra means longer ATA. Turbo means faster (lower brace height.)

WTS Wiser Precision BA-7 Sparrow Bino Adapter

Rokslide catch and release. These didn't work for me and my Geovid Pros due to my very low IPD. I have to squeeze binos to their narrowest setting, this caused interference where the trekking pole mates. Otherwise a great design for most. $30 shipped. PayPal F&F or Venmo.

Leica Geovid Pro vs Swaro EL Range TA

I did a side-by-side comparison on my elk hunt this year (both 10x42). I bought the Leica's when I got home. (Leica just had a good sale that I think ended 10/31). I love all my Swarovski binos but I thought the Geovid Pro offered superior ergonomics and display. I suggest you get your hands on...

    Best Backcountry Bino Mount

The Wiser Precision BA-7 Sparrow didn't work for me with the Leica Geovid Pros. I have a very narrow IPD and the trekking pole accommodating base interferes. The radius on the aluminum portion of the mount also seemed ill fitting. I may play with it a bit more before selling it, but it looks...
