Yes. I'm pretty sure that's what the 6GR on the sticker means.

ETA:
Couple more pics. Not the most accurate measurement but I get right at .740" at 18".

Maybe that headstamp can answer some of the other questions.

Also, I can likely get it shipped tomorrow. After that it will be Monday. TIA.
