    Boot laces

    Obenaufs laces are the best Ive found. I swap them out immediately. They are waxed laces and sometimes its a little more wax than is necessary, but the excess will squeeze out pretty quickly. Get them and you wont be disappointed.

    Did you glass bed yours? I do know that McMIllan says you don’t have to bed them, but I would think it would only increase accuracy.

    Well I appreciate all of your inputs. I should go feel a McMillan then. The only think I wondered about was shooting from the standing position with that vertical grip. I suppose one would get use to it. The vertical grip is just something I haven't spent much time with.

    I think I am going to get the ATACR 4-16x42. I think from the info I have gotten from people that will work good for me. Nice and compact compared to the 4-32 x50.

    I saw a video where they caps that come with it swivel, so you can make them go straight up at any magnification range. Is that true? Does anyone else see the rotating eye piece as a hindrance with scope caps?
