Anybody pick one up yet and have to deal with the rising turbo wastegate issue? They're growing on me in the looks department, but I'd still be a hard no until the turbo issues are resolved.
I picked up a pair of the Sofirn D25L's on the advice in this thread. They came in late last week and I was able to use one on an ice fishing trip this weekend. Great light for the cost and the highest setting sure is intense! If it holds up well I can't see a better value out there right now.
Man, I love all these "help me out and I'll report back when I get done with my hunt" threads. Dude hasn't been back since last September. I bet he can't even run a mile under ten minutes!
I recently picked up a used TRX 34 that I'm setting up for my 3D and western hunting setup. Personally, I love the linear draw of the TRX cams. No hump and dump into the valley. Just a steady pull to the cable stops. The SW cams on the most recent Mathews hunting bows just didn't do anything...
I coated mine with the Crispi Cream. It went on with a little discoloration on the coated rand but it pretty much rubbed right in with a little effort. I can't see why it would hurt that part. The only thing I didn't coat was the polyester foam padded stuff.
I've done just that. Conditioned them twice now and it seems to be getting better. I was reluctant to do so until I called and talked to someone at the store who suggested the same thing.
I have no quality complaints about my Beartooth boots, but they've been a PITA to break in for me personally. I keep getting a pinch in the top of my toes on my right foot. It's like the crease where it flexes is different on that boot. IDK....if I were to do it all over again I'd probably go...
Word is the new Garmin Instinct 2 is coming out in the next week or so. I've got the original Instinct and love it for what it does. Might want to hold out and see what the next version offers if you're into the original one.
I've got the single cushion and the only thing I'll say is verify that the primary boots you want to put them in will allow for the additional volume of the liner. My Sheep Feet insoles are thicker than the stock liners in my Schnee's Beartooth II boots and I got some toe pinch when walking...
Try South Shore Archery. I have all the tools to cut, square, fletch, etc. my own arrows and for the money and time I'd still buy assembled shafts from Jerry there. I just ordered a dozen RIP TKO Elites and had them cut, squared and inserts installed for just a little more than I would have to...
Been interested in some of the MTN Tough programs in the past but never pulled the trigger. I recall buying certain programs in the past and having access to them forever after that. Is it now a subscription based service with access to all programs?
Depending on the size of the tear I'd probably start with a half twist and go from there. A little can go a long way. Set your rest back to the proper centershot, too.
Bought a 2021 4Runner Venture package back in September. Paid sticker price of $44ish. No extra markups or anything. My local dealer has quite a few in stock again the last I drove by there. Riverside Toyota in Marquette, MI.
I upgraded to the K3 belt last year and plan on just getting the 6400 bag as well. I just don't see the K3 frame doing what I can't already do with the upgraded belt on my K2.
