I would call the landowner and have an honest conversation. For future reference, if there's a hayfield on the border of public and private, dont set a cam on the border.
I only have about 10 miles on my gun bearer, but I don't think I have that issue. It looks like the stock sling of yours has a lot more movement than on mine. Did you try to tighten that up as much as possible?
I love my Sitka stuff, and think it is worth the price. If I didnt have Sitka, or the other top of the line stuff, I would either wear Kryptek, scentlok, nomad, or possibly Pnuma.
I like slick products. They make either a spray cannon for a pressure washer or a regular soap gun for a hose. Their products work great for dirt and mud, I'm sure they will work with the blood too, add peroxide if needed.
FL merino is better than sitkas in my opinion, though for those temps I'm not sure that matters too much. I prefer sitkas mid and outer layers over FL.
I prefer bibs over pants with my cold weather camo, but pants for warmer weather. Bibs help keep the core warm, and do not allow the wind to blow down the back of them when sitting. When the weather is warm, the wind doesn't bother, and obviously don't need the insulating properties of bibs...

Find another job. One of my best personal and career decisions was leaving my last place of employment even though I took a pay cut. I am now making more money, much happier, and have an almost stress free drive. That long of a commute would be a killer for me, let alone a stressful...
I cant speak to western hunting, yet... but I recommend first lite base layers and sitka outers. First lites merino wool is fantastic, and they make zipoff bottoms that would likely fit your western hunting well.
Alphaburlys are the only rubber boot I will buy. They are comfortable and durable as they come. I have a pair of muck artic pros and hate them. They are just my snow shoveling/snowblowing boots because they are so uncomfortable compared to the lacrosse, and their traction is nonexistent.
Yeah its a dodge, it spends half its life in the shop... you're trying to compare apples to oranges. You have a loaded ram, and any rental I've ever seen from a shop would be the equivalent to a XL model ford. They are extremely uncomfortable. Step up to an XLT or higher and they are much...
