E2 is Estradiol, which is what is measured as the estrogen in men and needs to be between 20-30. Too high or too low and it will many times mimic low T. AI is an arimatase inhibitor, one form of it is anastrazole.
If you are low T, you can lose weight and see where it gets you. If your not overweight, you will be better off injecting. I've never seen E2 blocker recommended to move T levels dramatically. Normally E2 is high if your overweight or when you push too much T without the use of an AI.
In 308, Winchester has greater capacity than Federal, so I'd assume 7 mag would be the same. Yes, changing brass with different capacity can make a big difference. A chrony would show you the velocity difference between them.
They tend to like a lot of jump. Haven't tried them in my CM, but in my 260, I'm shooting 130 Berger's 130 off the lands. I seated the Scrirroco to the same depth and they shot very good. I had tried them previously at 50-70 off with bad results. Factory recommends at least 50 jump.
With Berger's, load 3 each at 10, 50, 90 130 off the lands at the same charge. Berger recommends this and it's worked in every rifle I've tested them in. Quick and simple.

Yesterday: 5 super sets of straight bar curls, BW dips x 15, 9 DB rows with 70lb KB then 10 rounds of: weighted tire drag 30 yards and back, 30 push ups.

I've never seen weird spikes with 26 but have with 17. I'd try 23 for sure, I'm getting almost 2800 fps in a Creedmoor with 147's. Also, don't rule out 22 if you have some laying around.
