In the market for a new set of binos and was wondering what people have to say about binos with the range finder built in verses having binos and a separate range finder. Primarily I hunt with a bow but do also rifle hunt. I’ve never used a pair of binos with the RF built in and wonder how it is...
Is that just because there is only one row instead of two rows that accept the 3 bar sliders? I just run the bottom sliders back through the top ones. It’s not perfect, but It works. Same with the water bottle holder.
Mostly I just have to be a little more careful getting in/out of the tent or tarp when stripping off rain gear so I don’t get the bag wet. Also it can be challenging at times when moving camp and all your gears wet after being out a few days to keep it dry.

How are you guys keeping your boots dry on multi day trips into the backcountry? I use gaiters, don’t have a shelter with a stove yet and hunt in wet climates. (Washington) My feet do sweat pretty bad and I change out my socks during the day but usually after a few days they are damp inside...
I just had to send mine back after less then 3 months in them. They started to leak pretty bad during my last hunt. Up until then they were great boots, I did notice that if my gaiters were not pretty tight to the boot water would wick up the material around the back of the boot behind your...
