Without seeing you shoot it could definetly be a form issue (grip/alignment/anchor/ shoulder rotation). At this point, I would focus on extending your shooting ability and range. Nothing wrong with shooting at 5 yards in the garage to see if you can get 30 arrows in a row to hit the same hole...
I always soak blood stained packs and clothing in a tub of cold water with 1/2 box of baking soda. Let sit for at least a day. Rinse throughly and repeat one more time if the stain or smell is present. Than I wash with sport wash air dry for 2 days and everything come out clean and non smelly
Personally, I would never use one for the same reasons I don't use a crossbow, but most people are always looking for the easy way, no tuning, no practice, no work involved, just point and shoot.
I have seen youtube vids of 200 yard crossbow shots and one guy shooting over 300 yards. Rifle...
Anybody else see this.. "Jim Shockey Takes Down Buffalo With Airbow!"

450FPS is smoking fast. Wonder how far out they have grouped arrows?
I have brought spotting scopes on elk hunts and never brought them out. The only time I feel I really need a spotter is when hunting sheep and mule deer in the mountains.
Lol some great comments, yes she has a sister who is great but married to a good BC Hunter. She knows about Swarovski crystals, hence her appreciation of the quality of their bino's (not a fan of unicorns thou lol).
She is a Late December baby, and as with most people born when she is, has...
The wife knocked one out of the park this Christmas.
She always supported my hunting lifestyle and put up with my wonky ways come fall but she surprised the sheep $hit out of me with this present.
Always wanted a pair of Swarovski glass but with my humble upbringing I could never justify...
I have owned and used for a lot of years the Leupold 1000 tbr-i dna. Last year I bought a used Lecia 1600 and like that thing heads and tails over the leupold.
I arrowed my first elk with a bow the first year I went after them with a bow(in my early 20's). However, I had harvested several elk with a rifle before that, and all of those were under 200 yards, most under 100. I learned how to hunt elk in the thick stuff from my dad & uncle who used 30-30's...
Congrats Ryan, great job and awesome elk. I buit my first longish range rifle this summer with the help of a bUddy and was hitting gongs at 1000. Coming from a dedicated bow hunter those long range shots take a tone of skill and practice.
Knock on wood, I have bought a lot and sold my share on this site. Everybody was easy to deal with and there was good communication. As others have said PP is the best method I have found to transfers money to the U.S. from Canada. I go with my gut on who to trust, so far so good.
I'm a hoyt guy but bad shoulders have forced me to sell my CST ZT, loved that thing. I shot a bunch of bows this past month and by far and away the new G5 Prime Rize, was the smoothed, well manned bow I have every shot. I could hold that thing rock steady for as long as I wanted with little...
Smart man, I do the exactly the same thing.
Although my wife still gives me the gears for taking her to the "Lone Survivor" lol but than again I had to sit through Britney Spears in Vegas... so we are pretty much even.
For elk binos no question. In all my years Hunting elk I have only brought my spotter once and never brought it out of my pack. Get the best binos you can afford.
