    I like my Osprey Talon Pro 20 for day hikes/trips. Osprey also has a Talon 22/33/36 if you want a little more volume. I've used their bags for years while traveling, hiking, and mountain biking. They hold up and are reasonably priced (albeit not made in America).

    Rokslide 2022 Weight Loss Thread

    Still hovering around 220. Diet slacked for the last little bit with traveling and getting over Covid for the 2nd time. Current meal plan is a burger patty with 2 slices of bacon and 1 egg for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if I'm feeling hungry.

    My G19 has a Surefire XC1 on it. I like the compact size and ease of use. This still carries as if there's no light on the gun.

    Sawyer Mini or Katadyn BeFree have been good to me. I'm a fan of having a 2-3L dirty water bladder that I can hang at camp and filter into bottles.

    What packs are all you gram weenies using?

    Hunting - Seek Outside Custom 5400 bag - 4.5 pounds Backpacking - Osprey Exos 48 - 2.6 pounds. I would not hesitate to take the SO bag on a backpacking trip if I couldn't fit everything in the Osprey. But at that point, I'm probably carrying more than the Exos could reasonably handle anyway.

    Just drove across the country for our yearly trip (Phoenix to Detroit). Paid anywhere from 4.49 in Wichita, KS to 5.35 in Chesterton, IN. Prices seemed to be pretty consistent between those two numbers.

    My backpack with 6 days food, 2L of water, and no bow is 42.5lbs. This was planned for 6 days of early OTC Elk in Colorado in 2021. I split carrying a tent with one guy, so that is lighter than normal. LighterPack Link Moving forward, I'm hoping to be closer to 27lbs before food/water/bow.

    Which Anker charger to get

    For my trips up to a week out, I take a 10k mah sized pack. I think I'm using an older version of this one (Anker 10k). That's lasted me plenty using mapping on my phone, and my InReach on occasion. If I was going to be out longer than a week, I'd jump up to one of their 20k mah packs.
