    Berger 215 Velocity Question | H1000 - 300 WM

    Okay. I just ordered a new Benchmark Carbon 26” that I’m going to chamber in 300 win mag with the 215 Berger’s. Supposedly they are the same liner just HCA does their own carbon wrap on it. Should have similar results hopefully. 1:10 or 1:9 twist?

    Berger 215

    Last I talked to Berger they said better have a back order placed or most likely won’t be able to get them. They also said the 215’s would be available in October.... but they never showed up on Discord or any other websites I’ve seen all year.

    Magneto speed chronograph

    If you have an Arca or picatinny rail on the bottom of your stock you could use something like the MK Machining Magnetospeed mount. I use it on all my rifles and it has zero point of impact change because it’s not mounted off/or touching the barrel at all.
