    I made a harness out of some paracord and a couple of the smallest size Nite Ize S hooks. It is a very similar design to the Rick Young harness but cost way less and is simpler.

    Yes. I agree, some garbage people will try to use it that way. I’m in favor only if there is some pretty compelling evidence that a person is an actual threat. Also only if penalties for false accusations are very prohibitive.
