    Feedback on Whitetail Shot

Sounds like the drone tied your hands, which is weird. The buck was clearly hurting and likely going to die a slow death. So the drone guy had to check again, which then delayed you another 24 hours after each check?

Oregon hunting guide killed by accidental discharge

This was an unfortunate hunting accident that never should have happened. As pointed out by many, basic firearms safety absolutely would have prevented this from happening. When hunting with others, I don't chamber a round until I am ready to shoot an animal. There is no chance of a negligent...

    Let them grow?

Personally, I want to hold out for a mature buck, so if I don’t see one, I’m fine not filling my tag. I won’t knock another hunter’s decision to shoot a small buck though.

Bad shots happen. I’m with those above, go shoot the buck again and put him out of his misery.

    22 creed on coyotes

I've got the 62 gr ELDVT up to 3650 out of my 22 CM. Going to toss the thermal on it and go with that for the winter. Hoping to put a few down with that combo.

    The 22 creedmoor thread

My alpha brass did they same thing - super tight neck tension to the point of deforming projectiles. Once I ran a mandrel through it, I was able to seat projectiles just fine. No issues after the first firing.

    Alaskan Red Fox Outfoxed

Great looking fox! I need to probably go with a rimfire - even a 6 ARC at 200 yards chews up pelts too much for my liking.

Christensen Arms Ridgeline Scout 6mm ARC issue

Wow, that’s a crazy long wait. I would call Eurooptic to see if they can help in anyway. They may exchange you for another rifle and they can deal with the warranty on the original. Worth a call.

Christensen Arms Ridgeline Scout 6mm ARC issue

The rifle is chambered in 6 ARC, correct? You weren’t sent a 6 CM mistakenly?

Hard to snap a pic but this shows how a 6 ARC fits my Howa mini bolt.

Uhh, that looks too big to me. 6 ARC should be .445.

    Classified prices

The days of the great deals seem to be gone. When I’m listing stuff, I want it gone, so I price accordingly. Even then, I still get “what’s your bottom dollar?” almost every time.

How do you guys keep track of brass firings?

Usually a bag or the ammo boxes clearly marked with # of firings.
