    I've been eyeing the SG Approach 2800. Looks perfect for day hunting with enough space for overnighting if wanted. And you could add an access pack on top of you needed.

    Very lucky I have only lost a $50 Sypderco Tenacious. Man, I loved that knife... I have a Civivi Mini Praxis now and love it for EDC.

    Sleep is important. Don't skimp on a few bucks or ounces and sacrifice comfort. +1 for the Exped megamat. But it is heavy.
