As title states, wanting to build a light weight 22 creedmoor for varmints. Has to be left handed.

Action: So far undecided. Who makes the lightest left hand actions?

Stock/chassis: Really like the HNT26 so probably will go with that.

Barrel: probably go carbon fiber or fluted. Unsure.

Pretty much decided on the entire build except for action.

What lefty action would you guys recommend

This going to be a running and gunning coyote setup rig? Doing a lefthanded carbon mcmillan on a tikka now. Was going 22-250 but with the 223 build thread I am waiting to see if that happens. Good luck on your build.

what exactly is the use for this rifle? An ultra light gun might not be as easy to shoot. For a good hunting rifle I would do Kelby atlas lite, trigger of your choice, either a remvarmint carbon barrel, or #5/bartlein 3b fluted with twist flutes and a manner pro hunter stock. That should end up at about 9lbs ready to hunt. Be plenty lite to carry and enough to be able to shoot it good too.

You could get a tikka t3x 22-250 and have it rechambered to 22 creed. If you wanted to shave weight you could get a titanium bolt knob, action lightened by UM and have the barrel cut down. Echelon and Peak 44 make lightwieght stocks.
