    Depends on which pant you are talking about...maybe the Catalyst in the colder temps but the Obsidian or Corrugate are about as lightweight as they come. Unless you have a heated base layer underneath most would freeze in them in temps below freezing.

    that can be an issue with any synthetic- Pnuma are at least treated which helps keep down the stink but I dont find the pants get that bad anyway. Base layers on the upper body get a little more ripe even with treatment

    I took some video on my phone of one of the huge herds crossing the road in front of my truck- the next day when chasing gobbles I ran across the same big group a couple miles away. Funny as I hunted SW CO for elk for 5 days and never saw one...go to SD and hunt turkeys and see hundreds of them.

    Right, and its a quick/easy change to just pull my 100 grain insert and throw in a stock one and drop 80 grains or so and see what happens.
