I fully understand that aspect of it. But before I go running up some random mountain with zero experience with it id love some tips and help along the way if you know what I mean. Everyone is new to something at one point in their life. Those who are experienced and can help and share their...
Im in Fort St John BC. Region 7B
Never hunted goats before but looking to give it a go this season. I was hoping to find some like minded individuals who would be happy to show me the ropes. Im willing to travel province wide and have all the gear required for 5-10 day hunts. None of my hunting...
Hey everyone Im looking for some fellow BC residents that are avid goat hunters. Im hoping to get some information and possibly find some like minded individuals for the upcoming season.
I just added a 5900 to my arsenal and almost wish I would have waited for this. Might have to scoop one and check it out. I primarily run my Solo and love it so this just seems like the bigger brother.
Looking to buy a SG sky 5900. Either bag only or with a frame (medium or large) waist belt.
Located in British Columbia. I would prefer to buy in Canada but willing to pay shipping from US if the seller is interested. Thanks
+1 for Stone Glacier Chinook merino. Probably one of my all around favorite pieces of gear and I wear one for a base layer at work on a regular basis in -25C
I just really like the fit and feel of it compared to other brands, I find the sleeve length to run longer than others which is nice and...
The 1P is pretty spacious for a 1 person tent. The 2P is a palace though and I like all the extra space for your gear and everything else. I havent touched the 1P in quite some time and always reach for the 2P. The added space is worth the little extra weight in the pack in my opinion. I prefer...
What is the sizing like on the new jetstream? Ive heard that the newer model is more “loose” fitting. I run an XLT in the older model but one review I watched on youtube he was able to size down to a Large tall and get better fit. Anyone have experience with that?
Ive been running an original drop durston 2P for a few years and Im still impressed with it every time I use it. Its been used on lots of summer camping trips and my elk hunts. Never had any issues with durability and its held up to some good rain and wind without a problem.
No I had to use the vestibule for my pack. Thats one of the main reasons I stuck with the 2p, its a palace for one person and more than enough room for gear and rifle and everything right in the tent. The vestibules are large enough to cook breakfast and make coffee in the morning. Still my go...
Ive been running my durston xmid 2p for the past couple years and absolutely love it. I had the 1p as well but just never used it much. The 2p is an absolute palace for 1 person and all their gear. The vestibule space and pole layout on the xmid is phenomenal. Biggest down side to a trekking...
