    I have never had any luck with double grinding. Also, I trim all of the BS out and I grind my meat as cold as my fridge will get it through a fine plate.

    The bear hunting is so good there a lot of people are hunting there for bears instead of Colorado for elk because the bear hunting is just so damn good! Yuuuuuuuuuuge black bears. Booners some might say!

    If anyone needs a good cooler the Ace Hardware wells 120 quart coolers for like $110. Super nice people. They are good coolers. Some hunting gear in there as well. Little Bear Cafe was good and reasonably priced food.

    Sitting water worked for me…sometimes it makes sense to sit down instead of running every animal off the mountain.

    Why are bullets frequently found just under the hide on the opposite side?

    I have recovered a bunch of bullets under the far side hide. I think that's a good thing. All of its energy is absorbed into the animal. Mission accomplished I would say.
