    Hunting in grizzly territory

    I’m an east coast PA guy and have had many black bear encounters. Every one of them the BB ran away like a scalded dog. Cant imagine a brown bear. Bears as a whole are beautiful animals and I would love to put eyes on a grizzly before I’m too old to get out there. Maybe I’ll go to a zoo! Lol!

    New to archery.. picking arrows and broad heads!

    Lots of good advice here. 340 spine might work but as you step up in poundage you become underspined. I would also add, good, razor sharp, cut on contact broadheads.

    Am I the only one who doesn’t use any gloves when I am gutting an animal out lol.

    I carry those long sleeves plastic ones now and nitrile gloves. It keeps me clean. But I will do the job, gloves or not. Never bothered me except for trying to keep things clean.
