    Run them. My field bred golden does 25-30 miles/week with me, it doesn't completely tucker him out but it certainly helps and keeps him in shape until it's time for roosters to die in the fall.     I'm a PT, you'll be rucking around chasing elk this fall as long as no major complications pop up. If I ever have to get anything replaced give me a hip over a knee or shoulder any day of the week. Rehab's generally not bad at all, get through those first 2 weeks and life will be good again...

    Stove size?

    I have a lite-outdoors one that works fine. I probably would've went with the SO version had I redone it though. The cylinder stove is a pain in the ass to put together but it is super light. Something you can use for spike camp but you're not setting it up and taking it down everyday.
