    Another thing to consider is that twist rate (rotational RPM) also plays a role in penetration. Your losing weight of the projectile as well as RPM’s.

    I buy the Cottonelle 10 pack ones in the travel section, and then also the Cataphil moisturizing wipes from the same section. Keep my kit in a quart ziplock in the pack lid with some TP. No monkey butt. Just clean comfort all hunting season.

    Washington you have to debone, not sure for Oregon, California you don’t have to debone. Depends where the guy is planning to take the meat. Debone and clean skull plate would be the conservative standard choice for the outfitter to avoid trouble.

    I have a pro chrono, or shooting chrony, whatever they call it. It’s a fold up metal box that takes a 9v. For mine the battery has to be fresh. And it needs to be sunny. Much overcast or tree cover and it reads slow speeds or nothing at all. Out in the sun with a fresh 9v it reads very well...
