We're in the same boat as you, upgrading this year from a popup to a bunkhouse and have looked at both models you have as well as a comparable kodiak,Kodiak, wildwood...biggest thing I'm looking for is an actual shower surround in the bathroom....some just have paneling with wallpaper on...

    257 Bob opinions. Pronto.

A friend of mine bought one brand new last year when Ruger made a run of #1s with manchlister stocks. And I think Kimber Chambers rifles in 257 Roberts as well.... maybe it's making a comeback!

    A few bait questions.

I've heard guys having good luck with frying bacon at a site too and leaving half of it for the bears and smearing the grease and some peanut butter on the surrounding trees. To kick start the bait site.

Best bang for your buck deer hunting riffle under 1k

Making this statement is the equivalent of stating that everyone who owns a creedmore or anything else trendy must spend their time sipping fancy coffee drinks at Starbucks while discussing the best way to put up their manbun and sucking on a vape pen.

Short barreled rifle for my wife

There's always the option of a single shot like a tc encore then you could custom order every aspect to fit her. Stock, barrol, finish, caliber..threaded or not...the options are many and with out having a receiver of sorts, the barrel can be longer without loosing performance.

    Lever Action Hunters

You could always swap the tacticool looking stock out for a sweet looking laminate one from Boyd's and that would be an eye catcher for sure.

    Lever Action Hunters

I think I know what rifle you speak of my uncle has one in 44 shot. If it's the same gun that is...they are a nifty little unit for sure.

    Lever Action Hunters

It's not listed on the site for some reason or another but I've seen them in the stores and know a few guys off the Marlin owners site that purchased them, I think Henry is also making one with a threaded barrel as well.

    Lever Action Hunters

Well just pick up a new stainless or dark series Marlin 1894 in 357 or 44 and it comes already threaded and for what it's worth the dark series also comes in 444 and 45/70.
