Beware of the one rifle man.....
I am very much a minimalist. I have two Aero Solus rifles. Almost identical in every way. One in 6.5 Creedmoor for varmints up to medium thin-skinned game. And another in 6.5 PRC for big game such as elk. (I understand that this is a controversial choice but not...
Been running Hornady since Hornady started making them. The first gen one, I had for prob 5-6 years. The buttons started acting up on it. Called Hornady and they replaced it with the new generation for free. It’s been great so far. Prob had it a few years or so. Most companies are making a...
Yeah that’s not a bad idea either. It’s really about preference. For me, I want me gear to be as light as I can afford. Allows me to stay out longer and go further. The first year I went, I took a M77 boat anchor in 338 WM. Love that rifle but hated it by mile 5 of the 13 we did the first day...

I recently did call Hornady. Catering having the conversation with them, I went ahead and ordered a .288. I still haven’t had a chance to measure but I’ll just order another one if I need to
Yeah it looks like I’m taking the same route. Haven’t got an annealing machine or mandrels yet but I’m sure it will come in time. Annealing machines aren’t cheap. Thank you for the advice.
Starting load work up for the 127 LRX and the 130 CX. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Even if it’s a different brand of monolithic projectile. As always, barrel length, velocity, and groups are welcomed.
Not exactly sure where y'all are all located but I’m in North Georgia. Here, things are really looking up for components in general. You may not find the exact primer you want but you can find them. The only powder I’m still not seeing is the RL powders.
Just checking in to follow. I can never seem to find boots I really like. And considering all the good boots are more than my truck payment, it's hard to buy them just to try them.
