I have a Knight UL and I swab with a patch damped with windex after each shot. It dries very quickly because of the alcohol in it. I can shoot all day with this method and T7.
I have a set of Zeiss Conquest Binos and Swaro SLC. There is no way the Conquest compares to my Swaro’s. If I am whitetail hunting and only glassing short distances especially during archery season I use the lighter Zeiss. All other times the SLC’s are on my chest.

Leave it home. You will not use it on a 2nd season public land hunt. I do agree with have the best quality binos you can have. Good pair of 10x40s will serve you well.
Non perfect and really boils done to the user. I have a FHF on a pair of Zeiss Conquest and Marsupial on my SLC. If the older FHF I have opened forward they would win.
I had a Manfrotto head then went to a LW head Chinese made head. The LW head is nice to carry but is no where as smooth as a my old Manfrotto. I tried the VA 5 and it is noice but I did not like the position of the knobs getting in the way of the handle. I do believe the new VA5x corrects a...
