    Make sure you can vent that bvent horizontal, and that long of a run. Don't sound at all right. Now if it's high efficiency, and vents with pvc pipe you can run it horizontally.

    We have tried them several times, and they don’t work very well at all at altitude. We tried them in the mountains here and dove hunting, and wore them out trying to get them to light. ( Colorado)

    He thinks he is so far above “ normal” people, this will not bother him. Especially now that he didn’t get convicted of anything, in his mind it was just a simple mistake. And pretty told so by our legal system, it’s a shame. God will judge him in the end.

    What hunting rig are you running/how do you use it

    The only hunting rig I am " running " is me. At 61 I don't run as much, but walk a really good ways. I use it to get away from crowds, and from those " running" the roads on rubber tires. ( I hate when asked what yea " runn'n").

    Dog issue…

    I have an 8 year old GSP, and she goes through times where she won't eat much and acts tired also. It usually last about a month or so then she's back to begging for food. Seems to happen about twice a year or so. When it get hot out, summer kicks in seems to be the when I remember for sure...

    Scouting: Indications of an area being hunted or overlooked

    Most likely, pretty rare. Should be the norm though. The best way, is to get as far from roads, trail heads in the roughest country you can find. Wilderness areas up your odds also. But this Seems to be the best way to be alone. Still not a guarantee, but as good as it gets, most of the time.

    Do you take your clothes off to sleep on a backpack hunt?

    Down to skivies, regardless of where iam sleeping. If it's cold when I get up, I shove my clothes in the bag for a few minutes to warm them, before putting them on.

    When we leave a camp site, other then maybe the grass being bent down if one or all of our tents were on a patch of it. And iam sure that grass grows right back shortly after we leave. But that's the only thing we leave as evidence we were there.

    Funny but true...

    I kinda like the technology and messing around with them. Gives you something to do,mess with, but I don't keep any fish of any kind any more. Kinda like video game meets reality. Does feel like cheating at times, but again I keep nothing.

    So my take on this, looks like, you spend 50-80 thousand on what ever truck you " like". Save up money while it's brand new. So you can repair it ( most seem to have known issues that are pretty costly), and hopefully pay it off before it's totally toast. Good lord it's crazy what we consider...

    Funny but true...

    In two years this country will be known as Mexerica. You won't want to leave your house long enough to fish or hunt, because someone will move in while your gone. Enjoy it, catch them while you can, and have the time to do it.
