Oh sorry I see what you are asking. I am actually not following any particular diet I just stopped eating out and don't snack all the time. I eat healthier for breakfast and lunch and dinner is usual meals like elk tacos; chicken breast and rice; ect. I just really focus on portion control...

I know how you feel! I was never really a heavy person in fact I use to be able to eat anything and everything without it affecting me! But it's caught up and I wasn't having it! I love to hunt and scout and being fit comes along with that. So I wasn't wasting anytime, it was time for a change!
