Can't go wrong with a stone glacier. Exodus k4 is also an excellent frame. Everything else is a compromise in some way, but those compromises might be worth it for you.
Was he prone?
Was it raining, and/or might he have had standing water in the bore (does he not tape over the muzzle)
It looks like impact was from an expanded bullet moving much slower than expected, shooting through dirt or water could have created that scenario.
I highly recommend a LEM double grind grinder, #8 is ok for just a couple of deer a year, if you will be doing a bunch of deer or an elk, at least a #12. MEAT is often on sale cheaper, but to my knowledge does not give you a double grind option.

Folks looking for a chamber sealer need to check out jvr vac sealers too. Actual commercial grade machines, easy to service, spare parts readily available, and able to do retort sealing.
Some things that haven't been mentioned:
Practice shooting your pin gaps a ton.
Practice guessing yardage as much as possible, especially on hills.
Practice making a vocalization while at full draw to stop the animal, then sending the arrow as fast as possible

From hornadys testing, 10 round groups are observed to vary 30-40% in size. Also, 20 round groups are observed to be 20% larger than 10 round groups.
