    Back in the day when I was a gym rat, I made sure to slam down protein non-stop during the day. And especially within minutes of finishing a lifting session. I consumed 1.5 gr/ pound of body weight.

    Write them an email if you feel chaffed by their sales/inventory policies. They put all of their packs on sale for 12 hours a couple weeks back. I was actually hunting elk, using their gear that day. They understood the irony and I remain a happy customer.

    Intermittent fasting makes no sense at all to me. It's NOT the most bizarre strategy I've heard of though. And no, a body scale can't tell u sh$t about body fat. Calipers cost less and tell you more.

    Yup, doublets lengthen the focal length of a scope in order to increase magnification. But doing that without increasing the objectives size ends up reducing the light hitting your eyeballs.
