Honestly, though, a LOT was covered in the episode so it is hard to give you a quick summary. If you're interested in boot selection and fitting, and is definitely worth the listen. As others have mentioned, you can subscribe via iTunes, use your phone to listen during a commute/workout, etc. Holler if you have any questions.

I 100% agree with this. They talked in circles and managed to say nothing for an hour. I purchased some boots from them and I'll say they were good to work with but, if you can find boots from rei or somewhere easy to Return boots to you'll save a lot of money. Just hope the first set of boots from l&s work.
