    Montana use to be the only state that allowed you to buy points for kids before turning hunting age but they stopped that. There are no states that you can buy points for kids under hunting age. I was able to get my 4 year old son 2 points in montana before they stopped allowing us to do so...

    Minnesota Bear hunting

    Has anyone ever hunted bear in Minnesota? i have a cabin in the no quota area in minnesota and have bears on my camera all summer in my deer areas but when i started baiting last year the bears seem to vanish. Just wondering if someone can give me some pointers.

    i currently have a copper 300 win mag with a leupold vx 5 hd 3-15x56 cds. i love the scope but hate that i do not have a windage turret. just wondering what you guys prefer that has great turrets and a windage dial?

    Looking for the best tarp

    I brought a tarp along on my hunt last year and it was one of the best pieces of equipment i had. it was a tarp from walmart so it was heavy and bulky. i am looking for a lighter weight tarp that is still waterproof that i can use as a floor in my vestibule and as a make shift sunshade when its hot.

    I bought a mystery ranch Marshall pack right before they changed to the guide lite mt frame. When I put a load in the pack it feels good but once I take the pack off I get a pain in the small of my back that will stay there for hours.
