    Which 350 Legend for whitetail

Illinois only allows the ability of a single shot, I am thinking a break open or a bolt action that has a removable mag that I can make to equal a single shot. The Henry looks pretty nice for a break open but the bolt actions options are a little overwhelming when trying to narrow down things.

    Which 350 Legend for whitetail

With Illinois new straight wall cartridge rule I am going to buy a 350 legend. What is everyone’s preference on rifles that are on the market chambered in 350 legend?

    Magview B1 vs S1

I use an otter box on my phone(my phone has a hard life) I really like that I can add the metal plate for the MagView to my otter box and not have to change cases. But the Ollin just makes attaching simple. I am now think about Frankensteining an otter box rubber outer with the Ollin phone...

    Magview B1 vs S1

Bought one as well, along with the Ollin to compare, the MagView is pretty strong but as far as staying exactly where you want it the OlLin is better.

Outfitter Recommendations for Mountain Goat and Moose

Talked to Blake and his wife at the SCI convention this weekend, said the warm weather slowed the moose action down this past season but said moose numbers were good. I don’t think they ever worry much about killing a good goat.

    Member status ???

Ryan just posted in the other WKR thread it’s about post counts. To get WKR I think its 300 post. It just lets people know how much people contribute. If I’m wrong I’m sure someone will chime and clarify better than I have. In the end it doesn’t mean anything and you will learn as you go.

    Whats your threshold for pain?

Wife just ask me if I was going to retire early, I said I can’t I have to many hunts I want to go on. When I save up what I need for the hunt I go, regardless of the cost. Plan to do it until my body says I can’t.

Outfitter Recommendations for Mountain Goat and Moose

Look into Golden Bear Outfitters in BC, I killed a Stone and a goat with them a couple years ago. Did not hunt moose with them but they are good people and have good success on moose as well.

    Calling all Crispi boot owners!!

You will also have to get used to the feel of a stiff boot. Best thing to do is throw 50 pounds in a pack go find the steepest area you can find (ravine, pond dam) preferably with rocks and walk up and down it. Once you do, it everything that feels awkward will make sense.
