    Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Peregrine. I have not shot my Peregrine yet but I was thinking 110 gr x vol with the 250 gr fury black tip. I had issues sizing the bullets. I had them fitting nice at the muzzle, then free fall 15". Then it was too tight to go rest of way...

    gwtravis, I see you are in Carrizo Springs. I hunted on the Palo Blanco in Asherton for 3 years. Now I have a lease just south of Brackettville. Lots of good memories from there.

    Ok, so when it gets here I’ll size a bullet to fit snug at the muzzle. When I push it down if it’s consistent all the way down I’ll know I have good barrel?

    Yes I read those threads as well. Hopefully it's isolated. I'm not familiar with the whole bullet sizing for MLers. I don't understand why it's different from centerfire bullets where you just buy them sized for your caliber. Verde

    FNG here, Can you elaborate on sizing for a Peregrine? And what one should expect when loading it down the barrel? My initial loads will be BH 209 with Federal209a, with the 250 grain Fury black tips. Thanks
