    Huge upgrade to my Bora 80 waistbelt. I added 2 three bar sliders and the OV belt guides from Oneiros Valley. The best $12 I have ever spent.

    I think the earlier models pre 2012? The pole adjusted from both ends, and are little heavier. The later models only adjust on one end, and come in at 12 oz or so.

    I always carry mule tape in my pack, usually 50-60 ft of 1200lb. Its light and I get it for free, it's good stuff.

    Definitely go with the Bora, there are several on Ebay right now. You might give Arcteryx a call, I picked up another Bora 80 from them last year. They also have Bora waistbelts in stock, so if you buy a pack and the belt is to big or small.
