I am headed to LAs Vegas in MArch and want to see if anyone knowes any good hike near by. Aso any good consignment outdoor gear stores?? Out side of the strip and hoover any other must do things. It will be me my 4 year old son wife and my mom. Plan is lots of pool time for me and the little man.

Check out Red Rock Canyon, about 25 min outside of LV.

Valley of fire , red rock.

The train tunnels out by boulder city they are on the way to the damn so you could do both in one day. Great hike to take the kid and mom on.
