    Sounds like Bursitis. Inflammation of the burser in the shoulder joint. Just happens just like you said. I was ok one day and couldn't pull a bow back the next. Hold your arm straight out and rotate your hand. If it hurts like shit......it's bursitis. Anti inflammatories, ice packs or cortisone...

    Be thankful you don't live in Australia Guys S.E. Queensland is seeing E10 at $1.79/litre ( 4 litres to 1 U.S. Gallon I think). Diesel $1.89 and 98 around $2.19/lt.....Makes filling the Land Cruiser at 140lt+ a painful experience. Our Government cops a big excise out of that as well as GST. So...
