Slowing the game down

You will always look back and wonder what you could of done differently but sometimes that’s just how things go! I feel like if I never had struggles and “failures”, I am missing out. Definitely part of my learning curve. Hopefully this is your season! 🤙🏼🤙🏼

Question for Elk grilling experts

I have a lot of luck with vacuum sealing a cut of meat (you could do this with a marinade or remove from freezer) and let it “wet age” in the fridge. Giving it some time to naturally break down without exposing it to air. It naturally gets tender from the enzymes working their magic. The longer...

Stone Glacier Film Drop--late season elk

I really enjoy all their films, seem like guys I’d drink with and it’s nice to see some of the gear I bought in the film. Hated to pay for it but it’s quality stuff!
