Thank you both!
For broadhead tuning: If my broadheads hit RIGHT of my field points, I move my rest RIGHT?
What about if my broadheads hit ABOVE my field points ? Do I also chase my broadheads and move my rest UP?
Thanks. So I should just look at what it's doing through the paper at that moment in time?
I guess what's confusing for me is every example I see of paper tears has an example of each tear to an extreme degree lol
Sorry for the dumb question: How does one determine what a tear is, if the orientation of the vanes is rotated (like in the picture). Is that a vertical tear?
My understanding it's the arrow spins upon release, so it won't always go through paper cock up?
Started hunting last year at 40 years old. Killed 4 deer last season and so far 2 this year. All 6 were public land deer and 1 was a nice 8 point.
I hunt A LOT and see deer only 40% of the time
So I have it at 79#. My draw length (which was set to 30") would have changed now?
My question is: Should I now lengthen the string to get back to my proper draw length ? Lengthening the string also increases draw weight ?
I measured from the center of one axle to the next, and it's at 34"...
Just did my first limb swap and it mostly went well. The bow was "in time" still post swap.
But my EVL34 is only making 77#. I'm still a noob at this. Can someone tell me which cable I need to twist to increase draw weight ? Is it the buss cable (near the top cam)?
If I twist cables, will my...
I tuned a right tear out of my new bow to get a bullethole. Just wondering if it's possible I lowered draw weight doing this ? I only touched the right (top and bottom) yokes. I added 2 twists on the top and 2 twists on the bottom.
Bow is a PSE EVL
